The most consequential decisions in strategy, finance, and scaling are rarely made on data alone. They are shaped by how decision-makers frame risk, allocate attention, and act under pressure.
Most of this goes unexamined. Yet it directly determines how capital is deployed and what it returns.
I work at that level. I identify the specific behavioral pattern driving your decisions and trace their direct impact on financial outcomes. This is the Behavioral Yield: the measurable relationship between the decisions you make, the patterns behind how you and your team make them, and what your business actually returns.
Leaders who understand this connection don't just make better decisions. They increase return on capital, reduce losses, and recover faster when conditions change.
My method isn't theory; it’s built on a decade of experience in complex corporate systems and deep behavioral analysis (profiling):
Began in a Big4 firm in Kyiv, Ukraine, mastering technical financial integrity.
Led cross-European projects for Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 entities across 10+ countries, including the UK, Cyprus, Austria, Germany, and Central and Eastern Europe.
Served as Training Director and Board Member for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in Austria, driving 50% membership growth. Currently I am a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee for Fraud Magazine, in the USA.
A decade in corporate environments and years of entrepreneurship taught me one thing: the numbers are never the full story. They are the output of decisions, and decisions are shaped by patterns most models don't measure.
Financial analysis tells you what happened. Behavioral analysis tells you why the same outcome keeps appearing — across quarters, across teams, across leadership changes.
What people say in meetings and what actually drives their decisions are rarely the same thing. I work with what the system produces, not just what it reports.
Most advisory work treats symptoms. I work backwards — from the financial outcome to the decision pattern to the organizational condition that created it.

Passionate about art — studied at the Royal College of Art in London and curated exhibitions in Vienna. This reinforces the ability to see the non-obvious patterns in any complex system.
This synthesis of Finance, Linguistics, Behavioral Science, and Art is why I see the codes that others miss.
I have lived in 5 countries and traveled through more than 30.
Global market dynamics and cultural nuance are not frameworks I studied.
They are patterns I have absorbed firsthand.
